SHIPPING

Please read the shipping guides for lead times, but please send us a message if you need anything urgently/rushed. We always do our best to accommodate any rush requests.

 

General Products (ie Tapes & buttons)

 All of our items are all made to order which allows us to have such a wide range of designs and choice available.) Our current turn around time 7-10 days but we are working a lot quicker than this with many going out within 48hours. Please note this does not apply to 'pre order products such as bibs, bags & clips'.

Lead times will be updated throughout the year, during busy seasons or launches please allow up to 14 working days inc shipping time for your order to arrive however we always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible once received.

Please note any orders including a pre-ordered item will be shipped together unless requested otherwise. 

 

PRE ORDER PRODUCTS. 

Please see the estimated lead time on the product it will state this on the product when ordering. 

To allow us to have a wider range of bibs available we are now working with a pre order system. Please note estimated time excludes shipping.

If you need your order quickly please send us a message and where possible we will rush your order- a small fee may incur in order for us to rush order fabric if not in stock.

READY TO SHIP/ SALE ITEMS

These items have been ready made to ship, but please note if you have 'made to order, pre order' items in your basket they will not be sent same day unless you have added the extra postage in your basket which can be found at the top of the sale page. If your order only contains ready to ship/ sale items it will be sent the same day of ordering. ​

UK postage is £3.60 via Royal Mail 48.

Express 24hr Shipping is via Royal Mail tracked 24. This does not mean your order will be shipped within 24hrs of ordering. ​​
